1. Who we are
HoneyPath Ocean Retreat, Tamraght, Agadir, Morocco. Contact: WhatsApp +212 663 300 820 · hello@honeypathretreat.com. These terms apply to surf packages and stays booked directly with us (by WhatsApp, email or this website).
2. Booking and deposit
Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed the dates and price with you and received the transfer receipt for the 20% deposit. Until then, the dates are not reserved.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are per person, in euros, and include everything listed on our website for the package you choose, including the local tourist tax. The balance is paid in cash on arrival, in euros or Moroccan dirhams.
4. Cancellation by you
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival: we refund your deposit. If you cancel later, or do not arrive, the deposit is kept. Nights or activities you do not use (late arrival, early departure) are not refunded.
5. Changing your dates
Ask us on WhatsApp. We move your booking to new dates if rooms are available. Any price difference is added or refunded.
6. Cancellation by us
If we ever have to cancel your stay, we refund everything you have paid us.
7. Surf lessons and safety
Surfing is a sport with risks. You must be able to swim and tell us about any health problem. Always follow your instructor's instructions. The instructors choose the spot and decide if it is safe to surf; when conditions do not allow surfing, we offer a free Paradise Valley trip or Souk El Had visit instead. Lessons you miss by your own choice are not refunded.
8. Insurance and health
We recommend travel insurance that covers surfing, medical costs and cancellation. You take part in activities at your own risk, except where we are at fault.
9. Your belongings and the house
Please take care of your valuables. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen, except where we are at fault. Damage to the house or equipment caused on purpose or by carelessness may be charged.
10. House rules
No smoking in the rooms (smoking is allowed outside on the terrace), no parties, no pets, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. In line with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples must show a marriage certificate.
11. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are arranged with you around your flights. Please tell us your arrival time; if your flight is delayed, message us and we adapt the pickup.
12. Questions, complaints and law
Tell us during your stay so we can fix any problem right away. These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
